All submitted complaints are automatically logged into our internal family feedback system for review. Each message is read, considered, and processed with the appropriate level of attention based on topic, timing, and emotional capacity.
While response times may vary, every submission is acknowledged and stored for reference. We aim to handle all concerns in a fair, structured, and occasionally very serious manner.
In rare cases, feedback may be redirected to an alternative resolution pathway if it is deemed most appropriate.
